Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts. A few simple habits keep every ritual safe and enjoyable.

Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water. Diffuse in a ventilated room for 30–60 minutes at a time.

Dilute for skin
Never apply undiluted. Use about 2 drops per 5 ml (1 tsp) of carrier oil, and patch test first.

Never ingest
For aromatic and external use only. Keep bottles tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Pets & pregnancy
Some oils aren't suitable around cats, dogs, babies or during pregnancy. Ask your vet or doctor first.

01How many drops should I add to my diffuser?
Start with 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water. Our Mist Diffuser holds 300 ml, so 8–12 drops is plenty. Diffuse in a ventilated room for 30–60 minutes at a time.
02Are your essential oils pure?
Our single-note oils contain only the named essential oil — no added fragrance or carrier oils. Each product page lists the botanical name and country of origin.
03Are essential oils safe around pets and children?
Some oils aren't suitable around cats, dogs or young children. Always diffuse in a ventilated room, let pets leave the room if they want to, and ask your vet or doctor if you're unsure.
04Can I put essential oils directly on my skin?
Please don't apply oils undiluted. Blend about 2 drops into 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of a carrier oil such as jojoba, and do a patch test first. Never ingest essential oils.
